  • What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is simple:

    Any product purchased from The Flag Center, either in-store or online, is returnable for exchange or full credit within 30 days of origional purchase.

    Item must be unused and in origional packing.

    Return shipping is the responsability of the purchaser.

    Custom made items and items cut to your specifications are NOT returnable.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    We are diligent to keep our prices competitive and fair. We may not be the absolute cheapest, but we absolutely gaurantee to be the best value. We sell the highest quality items available and make no bones about standing behind those products.

  • How much is delivery?

    All flag orders over $50 ship free (economy shipping).

    All orders for hardware are subject to standard freright chargs.

  • Can I exchange items?

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Gift cards are available on-line and in-store in $50 increments.

  • Whats the difference between nylon flags and polyester flags?

    Most high quality production flags are made of either nylon or polyester.The flags you see flying in your community  at government buildings, hospitals, banks and commercial buildings are either nylon or polyester (with rare exceptions).


    Nylon

    •  Light weight, flys in slightest breeze
    • Bright, fade resistant colors
    • Sheds  water and air drys quickly

    Polyester:

    • Heavier, bulky fabric
    • Traditional appearance
    • Heavy when wet, slower drying than nylon
    • Outwears nylon roughly 2:1
