This Mount is an alternative to the standard Ground Sleeve Assembly with Lightning ground Spike. The Hinge Mount is Welded to the Butt of the flagpole shaft at the factory and heat treated to a T-6 Temper. The Hinged Mount option is ONLY availabe for 4" and 5" Butt Diameter, single piece flagpole shafts of 25 feet and under.
